"Currently Only Covering Events In The East Lincolnshire Area"

Our Donuts At Your Event

"Dignity" The Donut Hut is currently looking for events to attend in the East Lincolnshire area. If you organise an event or know of an event that Dignity could maybe attend then please get in touch with us or pass this website on to someone who organises the event.

We have a few different options available for attending events, click the options below to read more.

This is the most common option for established events. The event organiser has a set fee for stall holders and we fill in the application and pay rent for the pitch.

If your event is not established we may be able to pay a set fee if you can provide us with evidence of the event, the addvertising that you are doing and details of other things booked for the event. Otherwise non established events may be offered the percentage option below.

* Note to event organisers, The higher the pitch fee the more we will have to sell the donuts for so please try to keep the pitch fees as low as possible to provide value for money to your guests.

This option is prefered by some event organisers that know they have a succesful event and a lot of people attend as they can end up with a bigger income from the space if they know that we will do really well.

It is also an option for events that are not established and therefore we reduce the risk by giving a percentage by way of dontation at the end of the event depending on how well we have done. We normally offer 10% of takings over £100 but this will depend on the sort of event and proof of advertising and other booked attractions etc.

We need to make a certain number of sales a day to make it worth while to attend so some smaller events or non established events may not be worth our while to pay to attend however we may choose to offer you the option of attending for free and then we just keep whatever income we make from sales.

This option is also available for established events that want to offer the best value to it's attendees because if we do not pay to attend then we can sell the donuts at a lower cost.

This is ideal for Birthday parties and Weddings etc where the organiser pays for us to give away donuts for a set amount of time. It also works well as you do not have to worry about guessing how many that you will need to buy etc.

We simply turn up and open for the paid for number of hours and constantly cook donuts and serve them to the guests as they come up to the trailer.

We can provide a sign board outside the trailer that says that we are serving donuts from ..... to ... which is great for weddings etc where we can be there and set up but open the hatch from say 7-9pm etc.

We can offer our usual bags of 4 donuts or smaller bags of 2 donuts. The bags of 2 are great for little snacks at weddings and coprorate events as not everyone will want 4 donuts. The number of donuts is because we can only make and serve so many at a time but you can pay for the 2 hour or 3 hour time and only have a small number of guests as we will stay serving for the whole paid for time and guests can come back as many times as they like.

2025 Pricing

1 hour of serving time £360 (EPPD £2.25)
2 hours of serving time £480 (EPPD £1.50)
3 hours of serving time £600 (EPPD £1.25)

Then each extra hour is £120 (EPPD £0.75 For The Extra Hour)

* We can make and serve up to 40 bags of 4 donuts or 80 bags of 2 donuts (160 donuts) per hour. So for a 2 hour serving period we can give away up to 160 bags of 2 donuts.

EPPD = Estimated Price Per Donut based on how many we can serve in an hour.

All the above include us arriving 2 hours before the start of service time to get set up. If you need us to arrive earlier than that we can at £30 per hour extra. Example : You want us to arrive at 3pm but you do not want us to serve until 7pm then you can pay for 2 extra hours of waiting time for £60. If you want us to be ready to go by 3pm but not serve until 7 (ie set up from 1-3 but the trailer to be ready by 3 then you can pay for 4 hours waiting time. (Some like to do this so that we are not driving in or setting up during the event opening times)

We also need an hour after to pack up and leave but you can also pay for waiting time after the event. Example: we serve from 7pm till 9pm but at 9 you want us to close the hatch but not pack up and leave you could pay for say 2 hours of waiting time and we can close the hatch at 9 but not start packing up till 11pm. (Again this is great for those not wanting us to pack up and drive through an open event)

This is good for corporate events or can be used at Weddings or parties etc. You tell us how many portions you want us to give away and we cook and serve donuts until all have been given away then close the hatch.

We can also offer a ticket solution where you get a ticket for each portion purchased and you then distribute the tickets to your attendees and they exchange a ticket at the counter for a portion of donuts. This is the best option to truly guarantee that everyone gets some and that some do not have multiple portions whilst others miss out.

2025 Pricing

50 bags of 4 donuts or 100 bags of 2 donuts £400
(Min serving time 75 mins & max open time 2 hours) (PPD £2)

75 bags of 4 donuts or 150 bags of 2 donuts £450
(Min serving time 100 mins & max open time 3 hours) (PPD £1.50)

100 bags of 4 donuts or 200 bags of 2 donuts £500
(Min serving time 2.5 hours & max open time 3.5 hours) (PPD £1.25)

150 bags of 4 donuts or 300 bags of 2 donuts £675
(Min serving time 3.5 hours & max open time 4.5 hours) (PPD £1.13)

200 bags of 4 donuts or 400 bags of 2 donuts £800
(Min serving time 5 hours & max open time 6 hours) (PPD £1)

* We can only make and serve a certain number of donuts per hour so we have listed a minimum serving time next to each option, this means we would need that amount of time to make and serve the number of donuts purchased.

* We have also listed a maximum open time that we can stay open for each quantity purchased. We will close when all bags of donuts have been claimed or when the maximum open time has been reached, Whichever comes sooner. If all paid for donuts have not been claimed when we reach the maximum open time we will bag them up and leave them with you (If no ticket option is chosen) or they will be lost (If ticket option is chosen to recoup the cost of lost tickets).

You can extend the maximum serving time for £60 per hour, This does not mean that you get more donuts but it does mean that the service of them could be spread over a longer time for example if you had an 8 hour event and wanted us to stay open for the whole 8 hours so people could choose when they want their donuts.

* PPD = price per donut.

Add Drinks As An Extra

We can also supply hot and cold drinks (PG Tips Tea and Nescafe coffee in paper cups) or cans of fizzy soft drinks (Including water). These can be added to the above prices and can also be distributed via tickets per drink or just until all given away.

Priced at
50 for £100 (£2 each)
100 for £175 (£1.75 each)
150 for £225 (£1.50 each)
200 for £250 (£1.25 each)
or 250+ at £1 each.

Hot drinks include all milk, sugar and stirrers supplied. No extra serving time is required for adding drinks as we have time while waiting for donuts to cook.

Obviously the more you buy the better the deal but an event with 200 people means that 200 people could have a bag of 2 donuts and a drink each for just £3.75 per person or 400 people at £3 per person.

What We Require

Dignity is pretty much self-sufficient and runs off her on-board gas and rechargable lights, so does not require any electrical power sockets.

The only thing we do need is a pretty level site about 12 foot wide and 8+ foot deep and people to sell donuts too. We can work on grass or hard standing.

On the left is a picture with the approximate sizes of the trailer. The back covered area (Brown) is where we stand to cook. The ideal 12 foot wide pitch includes space for a small table where customers can put milk and sugar in their hot drinks and a bin.

We also require about 2 hours before the event to arrive and set up ready to serve and an hour after the service time ends to clean down and pack away.

So why not give us a call today and tell us a few details about your event, and maybe we could be serving Donuts to your next events visitors.
