About Dignity Dignity is a small compact trailer that lends herself nicely to the smaller event where you think a Donut offering would go down well but don't want the look of a full size catering trailer. With a cute, traditional look Dignity will fit in at all sorts of events. Although purchased to lend herself to the smaller events, you should never underestimate Dignity's donut producing power. She can hold her own at some of the busiest events too. Dignity's set up means that the servers and customers are on the same level. Her open style means that you can see your donuts cooking right in front of your eyes and being pretty self-sufficient Dignity does not require an electrical power source. About Attending Events We can attend all sorts of events around the Lincolnshire area and we can pay you to attend too. We maybe able to travel further afield for the right event. As long as there are people about, we can sell donuts. We cover events like fetes, fairs, carnivals, markets, music events and galas and more. We can offer you a fixed amount site rental fee or even a percentage of sales (Most typically 10%). We have our very own POS system that records every sale, so unlike some others, with us you can see exactly what you are due if you go down the percentage route. As standard we serve bags of Donuts as well as Tea, Coffee and Cans of pop, however if your event sells its own drinks then as long as the event seems worthwhile for us to attend then we maybe able to just sell Donuts if you already sell your own drinks. We are also available to attend Pre Paid Private events where the event organiser pays for the Donuts and we serve them for free to the event guests. This is most suited for corporate events, wedding and film work etc. More information about pre paid events can be found by clicking here We pride ourselves in trying to reduce waste and being as green as possible by using wooden stirrers and no single serve sachets or packets for sugar or milk etc. The cups and bags that we use are made from paper and not polystyrene. We try not to use plastic lids or spoons etc. Our Menu Our normal menu (It's small but it is what we do best) consists of: * Bags of hot fresh Donuts * Cups of Tea (PG Tips) * Cups of Coffee (Nescafe) * Canned drinks (Various brands) For some winter events we may offer Hot Chocolate with cream.  What We Require Dignity is pretty much self-sufficient and runs off her on-board gas and rechargable lights, so does not require any electrical power sockets. The only thing we do need is a pretty level site about 12 foot wide and 8+ foot deep and people to sell donuts too. We can work on grass or hard standing. On the left is a picture with the approximate sizes of the trailer. The back covered area (Brown) is where we stand to cook. The ideal 12 foot wide pitch includes space for a small table where customers can put milk and sugar in their hot drinks and a bin.
