The base price is £100 per hour of serving time (Example if you want us to serve donuts to the attendees from 2pm till 6pm then that is 4 hours, so £400 base price).

Note: The minimum base price is £400 but you can have us serving for less than 4 hours but you will have to pay the £400 minimum.

The base price covers us arriving 2 hours before the start of serving time to get the trailer sited and set up ready to serve. We also need one hour after the end of the serving time to clean and close down the trailer.

On top of the base price we charge £1 per bag of 4 Donuts that we will serve to the attendees. If your base price was £400 and you wanted us to give away 50 bags of Donuts then the total price would be £450.

Note: We can only serve 60 bags of Donuts per hour on maximum output.

We are also able to provide Tea, Coffee and cans of pop as well as Donuts and these are available as an optional extra priced at £1 each. Simply choose how many hot or cold drinks you want to purchase and add them to your booking.

Note: Tea (PG Tips) & Coffee (Nescafe) are served in brown paper cups and milk, sugar & stirers are provided in the cost. Cold drinks are served in cans (Including mineral water as we do not use single use plastics).

As standard (Included in the base price) we arrive on site 2 hours before the serving start time to get the trailer sited and set up ready to serve. Sometimes event organisers require us to be there earlier to get sited before other attractions etc. For arriving early we charge a £50 per hour waiting fee. This covers the staff wages while waiting for the start of the serving time etc.

As an example: If you want us to serve from 2pm to 6pm we would normally get there at 12 noon. If you needed us there at 10am instead you would pay an extra £100 for the extra 2 hours that we would be on site.

This works the same as early arriving. After the serving time ends we are on site for an hour to clean and close down the trailer then normally leave right away. There are some instances where event organisers need us to stay a bit later before removing the stall (So that we are not driving through an active event space etc) If this is required this is also charged at £50 an hour extra waiting time.

It is not always easy to guess how many bags of Donuts that you need to purchase for the event and some organisers would rather that the paid for number did not run out too soon or the ordered amount was not enough. For this situation we can offer a Donut reserve option.

The way the Donut reserve works is you would pay your base fee and a set amount of bags of Donuts as normal but then can add an extra reserve amount. If we give out all paid for bags and people still come for Donuts then we will continue to give out more bags (if the reserve option is used) up until the reserve has been used up or the serving time ends (Whichever is first).

As an example: You have 50 guests coming and you order 50 bags of Donuts, however you are worried that some people might get two bags leaving some without any. You could add a further 20 bags as a reserve option and if all 50 are used up and there is still serving time left we would serve up to another 20 bags and then bill you for those extra ones after the event.

The reserve bags are priced at £2 per bag and the bill is payable within 14 days after the event.

This option is meant to cover you for unplanned extras and not to be used as a main supply, so for that reason you can't order 10 and then have up to say 200 bags as a reserve. Therefore, your reserve cannot be greater than the initial order number. So if you pre pay for 50 bags, your reserve cannot be more than another 50 bags.

You can use this to work out the cost of having us at your pre paid event.

1) How many hours you want us to serve for? Multiply by how many hours by £100 (Minimum £400)
2) How many bags of Donuts you want us to give away? Multiply how many by £1
3) (Optional) Do you require hot or cold drinks as an extra? If so, multiply how many by £1
4) (Optional) Do you need us there more than 2 hours before the event? If so multiply how many extra hours by £50
5) (Optional) Do you need us to stay more than an hour after we stop serving? If so multiply how many hours by £50

The total then would then be the cost payable before the event.

6) (Optional) Would you like to add a reserve of extra bags of Donuts in case the pre ordered number runs out early? If so these are priced at £2 per bag and billed after the event.

To book send us an email or give us a call and we can check availability. All bookings will need to be agreed and confirmed in writing either by email or post before the deposit is paid and the date is secured. We may at times not be able to give you an answer right away if we have applied for an event for the date you wish to book and we are still waiting on an answer from them, however we will let you know as soon as we know.

For bookings more than 2 months ahead you can pay a non-refundable deposit of £200 to secure the date and then the remainder (Excluding the Donut reserve as that is billed after the event) needs to be paid 2 months before the event date. For bookings less than 2 months away full payment needs to be made to secure the booking.
